Excellence Awards

Held annually, the Excellence Awards honors professionals within Utah’s commercial real estate industry who exemplify the highest degree of business excellence. The event recognizes individuals spanning more than 14 specialties within the industry, the pinnacle award being the Hall of Fame, which highlights an institution or individual that has had a dramatic and valuable impact on the Utah commercial real estate market.

CCIM EXCELLENCE AWARDS GENERAL INFORMATION

The CCIM Excellence Awards, created by the Utah CCIM Chapter, has become the premier gathering of business leaders in recognition of outstanding professionals who exemplify the highest degree of business excellence in the commercial real estate industry in Utah.

Nominations are accepted in 16 categories:

  • Multi-Family Broker of the Year
  • Retail Broker of the Year
  • Office Broker of the Year
  • Investment Broker of the Year
  • Industrial Broker of the Year
  • Architectural Firm of the Year
  • Architectural Project of the Year 
  • General Contractor Project of the Year
  • General Contractor of the Year
  • Specialty Broker of the Year
  • Multidisciplinary Broker of the Year
  • Commercial Mortgage Broker of the Year
  • Private Money Lender 
  • Community Lender of the Year (under $75M)
  • Commercial Lender of the Year (over $75M)
  • Rookie of the Year

Nearly 100 volunteers within the commercial real estate industry examine the applications against specific and quantifiable criteria to arrive at the annual recipient.

In addition to the 12 categories, the Utah CCIM Chapter awards the annual "Hall of Fame" recipient. The "Hall of Fame" Award is presented to the individual who has had a dramatic and valuable impact on the Utah commercial real estate market & economy and represents a lifetime of service to the community.

Recipients of the awards are revealed at the Utah CCIM annual Excellence Award event, which attracts over 500 of Utah's most prominent members.

SUBMIT AN APPLICATION

CCIM 25 Plus Years

This member category is for CCIMs with 25 years as regular dues-paying members will automatically receive a reduction in dues of 10% and receive a commemorative certificate.
